yes, there are some programs that open the last edited file but as you said I don't think it's a feature I would use and if I need it, I just use the file history and zuup... done. easy as that.
Pros: The last used file opens immediately after calling NFOPad editor. Good, but...
Cons: not privacy-friendly and one more action is required to close the file if one does not want to edit *that* file.
